Q: Is the work garanteed?
A: Yes, we give a 3 year warranty on our workmanship and materials.
Q: How long will the coatings last?
A: Under normal usage Driveways need to be recoated about every 7-10 years, and pool decks need to be recoated around every 11-13 years.
Q: How Much does it cost to recoat the surface?
A: 2/3 of normal coating cost based on the rates in effect at the time of the recoating.
Q: What can I clean the coating's with?
A: Soap and water is best for most dirt and grease. Bleach is ok to use; it's great for organic matter. Muriatic acid is ok to use on rust or alkaline.
Q: What should I NOT use on the coatings?
A: Anything that contains a petrolium SOLVENT! Solvents are: gasoline, paint thinners, brake fluid, nail polish remover, WD40, some wheel cleaners, and other strong cleaners. Check the label of products for contents.
Q: What colors are available?
A: All our colors are custom made at your home. We can match almost any color.
Q: How long does it take to complete the job?
A: Usually most work is completed withing 7 days. Weather may cause delays.
Q: When is payment due?
A: We normally get paid upon completion of our work. Never pay anyone upfront!
